Everyone should throw their attitude in dustbin and should have a smile on face .Boss like attitude looks great in only 20% ratio

We all humans have our personal principles .....some are to keep us motivate to do hardwork ...........and others to achieve some respect.But many of us think that our principle are so correct that this can work in 100% of situation.But as said by one to every rule there are terms and condition.So here we forget these terms and condition's. I would say we should mold our own behaviour in such a way so that their can be minimum to minimum destruction happens from our side.Like if some one is throwing a stone on ourself and we are like as if we are a car which is moving .....now we have a two option to face that stone either to crash that person with his stone or just apply a break ......Now think which one is more efficient? Yes ! second one as in that case on appliance of break the stone reflects back on the face person throwing it if his anger was high while throwing.And at the same time their was 0% disaster from your side.....Now you can smile ....come out from your car .......and ask person do you need any help ?...................and in first case if you crash him with his stone their is a chances of trapping yourself in murder case.

The second scenario about which i am just talking about is a different story....and the moral is dont always show your cruel boss like attitude to everyone in order to create rapport ,respect, style etc.because sometime's you dont know about the person i.e from which big problems he/she is going through on whom you are throwing your attitude................so in that case this attitude can easily poison equal or greater than to yourself .So be wise before exhibiting this attitude and it is always safe to not apply it any new person in begining.And also note ....not every new person is suffering....so i can gernally say it can be judge all depend on your priorities during particular situation.
