making boaring thing a fun is an ideal as enjoy a situation without caring fruit.
therefore if you focus on enjoying every situation then you can say that is the real achievement from your side as fruit is not in your hand it is just a luck.

i feel afraid if i get over happied then may be that happem?
you develop your imunity ...inspire from babloo who can eat anything anytime ....so same is true for anything ....also you can inspre from athelite who run a lot ......a novel reading person who reads lot of novel but you dont ....so imunity depend on practice ........so practice to stay happy when feel and cool while working but as said to every rule their is term and condition apply so rest is your experience that can work
